New Pizzas Worth Sharing

If you love a little heat, the Bondi Hot Supreme takes an Italian classic and turns it up a notch with traditional Italian pepperoni, pork and fennel sausage, nduja, creamy Stracciatella, pickled onions and a drizzle of hot honey.

BBQ fans won’t want to miss the Slow Cooked BBQ Brisket Pizza, loaded with tender beef brisket, roasted corn, balsamic onions, sweet potato crisps and smoky BBQ flavours.

We’re also introducing our first new Detroit Deep Dish in years. The Detroit Buffalo Chicken combines marinated chicken, buffalo sauce, homemade ranch, blue cheese and roasted corn on our signature caramelised Detroit base for the perfect balance of heat and flavour.

Comfort Food, Bondi Style

If pasta is your go-to, we’ve added two hearty new dishes.

Our Beef Ragu Rigatoni features slow-cooked pulled beef in a rich Napolitana sauce with fresh parmesan and herbs, while the Baked Chicken Penne Blush brings together creamy tomato sauce, marinated chicken, vegetables, mozzarella and garlic bread sticks, baked fresh to order until golden and bubbling.

Looking for something to share? Our new Louisiana Pork Ribs are flame-grilled until fall-off-the-bone tender before being basted in our sweet and spicy house-made Louisiana sauce.

And for wing lovers, our new Mango Habanero Wings and Bites deliver sweet mango flavour up front before finishing with a fiery habanero kick.

Save Room for Dessert

No meal is complete without dessert, and we’ve added two indulgent new favourites.

Our classic Tiramisu layers espresso-soaked sponge with creamy mascarpone and a dusting of cocoa for a timeless Italian finish.

Or, if you’re feeling indulgent, try the Bondi Fresh Baked Cookie. A warm chocolate chip cookie served with vanilla ice cream, melted chocolate and fresh strawberries that’s made for sharing… although we won’t judge if you keep it to yourself.

New Drinks to Finish the Night

We’ve also added a couple of delicious new drinks to round out your visit.

The Toasted Temptation Cocktail blends vanilla vodka, Baileys, chocolate, fresh cream and toasted marshmallow into one seriously decadent cocktail.

Prefer something non-alcoholic? The S’more Please Milkshake combines vanilla ice cream, chocolate, marshmallow and our signature digestive biscuit mix for a rich, creamy treat.
