🎃 Halloween Full Refund Competition

Terms & Conditions

Promoter: Bondi Pizza (ABN 83 142 416 304), 320 Church Street, Parramatta, 2150.

Promotion Period: Sunday 26 October to Friday 31 October 2025 (inclusive).

Eligible Venues: Bondi Pizza Macquarie and Bondi Pizza Parramatta.

Eligibility

• Entry is open to customers who dine in and complete a fully paid order during the Promotion Period.

• Entries are not valid for takeaway, delivery, or QR code orders.

• Entrants must be 18 years or older to participate.

How to Enter

• After payment, customers must write their full name, mobile number, and email address on their receipt and place it in the competition box located in-store before leaving the venue.

• Only one entry per transaction will be accepted.

Prize Details

• Two (2) winners per store will be randomly selected each day — one (1) following the lunch service and one (1) following the dinner service.

• A total of twenty-four (24) winners will be drawn across both venues during the Promotion Period.

• Each winner will receive a refund for the full amount of their meal purchase (excluding tips and any third-party discounts).

• Refunds for card payments will be processed back to the original payment method within 72 hours of the draw.

• Cash payments: Winners who paid in cash will be contacted directly via the details provided to arrange a bank transfer for the refund amount.

• Bondi Pizza will never request payment details via social media, text, or third-party platforms.

Winner Notification

• Winners will be notified directly via email from the official Bondi Pizza email address: [insert official email].

• Winners may also be announced on Bondi Pizza’s official social media channels.

• By entering, participants consent to their name being shared for promotional purposes if they win.

• Other personal details collected will remain confidential and will not be shared publicly or with third parties.

General Conditions

• Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or do not meet the entry requirements will be deemed invalid.

• The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

• The total prize pool will not exceed AUD $10,000.

• This promotion is a game of chance conducted under NSW Trade Promotion Lottery rules — no skill is required to enter or win.

• The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition if unforeseen circumstances occur beyond its control.
