The offer must be presented in the restaurant (either on your phone or a printed copy) and mentioned to your waiter at the time of dining to redeem. Every guest must purchase a full priced main meal to be eligible for the offer (i.e. 6 guests dining, 6 full priced main meals must be purchased). These offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. No change given, not redeemable for cash. Single use coupon. Dine-in only. Alcohol offers only applicable to guests aged 18 and over. Bondi Pizza practices the responsible service of alcohol. Offer expiry is stated on the offer artwork. Offers valid at any Bondi Pizza restaurant.
There is no additional charge or cakeage fee if you wish to bring your own cake for dessert. We will provide plates & cutlery free of charge.
Please note Bondi Pizza is a licensed establishment and our license conditions do not allow for a BYO option available (alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks).
Unfortunately at present we are unable to provide vegan options within our restaurants due to the many potential non vegan ingredients used on the vast majority of our products. There is a high risk of cross contamination and even if we alter a dish to be suited to a vegan diet we cannot guarantee that during the preparation process an animal product will not come into contact with your dish. We do however, offer a vegan cheese alternative on any of our pizzas which is an option for an additional $2.95
We don’t have a breakdown of each of our dishes with the nutritional information on each product. Due to the nature of our products there is always a slight variance in each dish since each of our items are made fresh to order so the nutritional contents are never / can never be identical between the restaurants so we wouldn’t want to be misleading.
Throughout our menu you will see items marked as “G”. This means “gluten free option available”. Some of our dishes are able to be made Gluten Free (as marked), however, we may need to make slight changes to the dish to make it Gluten Free (such as removing french fries and replacing them with an alternative). If your meal needs to be gluten free for dietary requirements the kitchen need to be aware so please be sure to mention to your waiter that your dish is required to be gluten free for dietary reasons.
If you have any food allergies or allergen concerns please let your waiter know so that we can advise you regarding all ingredients accordingly
Our chicken is supplied by a Halal butcher but due to the extensive range of ingredients used in our recipes and our extensive use of ham and bacon, our products would generally not be regarded as suitable for a halal diet. We cannot guarantee that items are 100% halal.
Please be aware that we are happy to split bills for small groups however it can be difficult and time consuming for larger groups especially during busy trading periods, whilst it will always be our desire to accommodate specific requests, if you have a requirement to split the bill individually for a group, please discuss with one of our managers in advance as to what options may be available.
NOTES ABOUT OUR MENU PACKAGES
Bondi Pizza menu packages are based on a sharing basis. The number of dishes provided for each course will vary depending on the size of your group. We don’t want any of our guests to leave hungry - if more food is required that can be arranged with your waiter at the time of your function.
Our menu packages are designed to cater for groups of 10 guests or more however, if you would like to discuss options for groups smaller than 10 guests please contact our functions manager directly on the contact details below.
We can tailor any of our menu packages to suit your needs. Please feel free to contact us at any time to discuss your specific event.
Drink packages are valid for a duration of 3 hours. This can be extended at an additional cost per person. Please speak to your function manager if you wish to extend the allocated time.
A la carte menu options are available on request.
1. When will I receive my birthday voucher?
Your birthday voucher will be emailed to you at 8am on the 1st day of your birthday month. i.e. if your birthday is June 4th, your birthday voucher will be emailed to you on June 1st and is valid for the month of your birthday.
2. What if I don’t get my voucher?
Please check your junk or spam folder, unfortunately our birthday vouchers are commonly found in junk or spam folders
3. It’s not in my junk folder?
There are lots of other reasons that your voucher might not get to you, it could be something as simple as a typo in your email address or us not having your birthday on file. Please send an email to email@example.com and someone will check on your account and work out the problem.
4. I’ve emailed firstname.lastname@example.org and I haven’t had a reply
Unfortunately, our Info email address is not monitored 24/7. If you have any issues with receiving your birthday voucher or any enquiries, your nearest Bondi Pizza restaurant can help. Our staff are trained to assist on these occasions, please just let your Host or Waiter know when you arrive of any problems you might have and they would be more than happy to help.
5. I’ve changed my email address or I need to make some changes to my Inner Circle account
